Productization and commercialization

Productization and commercialization

The goal is not to “do more,” but to turn delivery into a standard offering: lower communication costs, more stable results, and more predictable revenue.

Three Offer formats

Service-based (high-ticket)
For consulting, hands-on support, or delivery-based projects, first validate needs and value with a service.
Product-oriented (scalable)
Templates/courses/tools/subscriptions standardize and make delivery reproducible.
Channel-based (compounding)
Content, community, and co-sales keep acquisition costs steadily declining.

Pricing and delivery (minimum closed loop)

Clear deliverables: documents/code/videos/templates/checklists
Clarify the boundaries: what is included, what is not included, frequency and cycle
Clear acceptance criteria: Definition of Done (DoD)
Clarify the risks: how failures are handled (refunds/redelivery/extensions)
